Delivery
We deliver fast! Our next day dispatch (once payment is received) is made possible by our courier partners, Australia Post eParcel and TNT.
When your order is sent on its way we will email you a tracking number so you can trace your delivery online, as it merrily makes its way to your front door, quick smart!
We also fully insure all deliveries, so in the unlikely event that a parcel is lost in transit we've got you covered. This means there is absolutely no risk with the delivery of your order!
Postage charges are all fixed and postal insurance are provided to you at no extra charge. No hidden postage charges!
We are still looking at the possibility of pickups, but for now, we don’t offer pickup.
Returns/Warranty
All items are sold with a Standard Warranty that ensures the items you ordered are received by you in good working order and are able to be used as intended by the manufacturer and / or as specified by us.
We will replace a product if it is found to be either damaged or not working correctly when it is received. This situation is termed "Dead on Arrival" or DoA. The DoA period is 14 days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.
If we are notified of a problem after this 14 day period, or if the product becomes faulty under normal use at some time after it is received, then the product's warranty applies.
